Challenge

Emailing files to yourself is absurd. AirDrop only works in Apple's ecosystem. We wanted frictionless file transfer between any two devices—phone to desktop, Android to Windows, whatever.

Approach

QR code pairing establishes a WebSocket connection between devices. Files live in ephemeral storage for 24 hours, then vanish. No accounts required, no app to install.
